ADAMS Highlander All-Time Football Records
Beastmasters is the Adams Football Summer Conditioning program.  Consisting of stretching, team isometrics, and running the 192 stairs at Bloomer Park, this conditioning is held six times each summer.

This is a great way to get or stay in shape over the summer. Players must attend 5 of the 6 sessions each summer to earn the coveted Beastmaster Patch.
